Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@decorfurni.com or +1 916-221-2540. Cancellation is possible only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation, as it depends on the current status of your order. If your order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation will not be possible.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive it. Standard return procedures apply: items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Orders Placed After Cutoff Time

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day. If you place an order late in the day and wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
