Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders totaling $120.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $120.00 have a flat shipping fee of $15.00.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After your order ships, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 4–8 business days.
What carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers based on your location and package size.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible. Contact us immediately at info@decorfurni.com or +1 916-221-2540. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it after delivery.
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs for standard returns are the customer's responsibility. Defective or incorrect items are handled at our expense.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
Are original shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage).
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Do your prices include taxes?
Yes. All prices displayed include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.
