Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Shipping Costs
- Orders totaling $120.00 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $120.00: $15.00 flat-rate standard shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Processing does not occur on weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is the combination of processing time (1–3 business days) plus transit time (3–5 business days).

Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location and package specifications. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation
- Before shipment: Cancellation may be possible depending on order status. Contact us immediately at info@decorfurni.com or +1 916-221-2540.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays due to weather, carrier volume, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
