Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number when reaching out to info@decorfurni.com or calling +1 916-221-2540.

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the issue and product availability, we may offer:
- A replacement item shipped at no additional cost
- A full refund, including original shipping charges
- A partial refund or store credit if a replacement is not available

We will cover all return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage that occurs during shipping. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
- Items that have been altered or modified

Claims Process

To file a warranty claim:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for DOA claims, or within 30 days for other defects.
2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
3. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for resolution.
